About This Role
As a Material Review Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the content review process in Europe. You will act as an expert to internal and external stakeholders on coordinating review process in the system. You will work closely with Biogen’s Librarians and Veeva Vault users to support the review process and localization of materials (e.g., press releases, patient educational materials, presentations, briefs, videos etc.).
What you will do
- Partner with Project Owners, Biogen’s Marketing, Medical, other support teams, and agency partners to guide the processes with respect to creation, updates, re-use, and localization of scientific and promotional materials
- Maintain, monitor quality, and update assets in Veeva Vault. Support the alignment of taxonomy and metadata across company stakeholders and system improvements
- Analyze the process execution, provide regular updates to the Commercial and Medical Ops teams, and suggest improvements to drive efficiency
- Ensure that relevant work instructions, training material and guidelines are up to date, and support corporate compliance, such as local affiliate regulations and industry code.
- Be responsible for onboarding, planning, and coordinating training of new team members on the materials review and localization process, tools, system (Veeva Vault).
Qualifications
Required skills
- Ability to work independently, designing and planning own work, as well as ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills with ability to establish and maintain strong network across the company
- Experience of using electronic tools such as Veeva Vault for the material review process is preferred. General strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly is required
- Shared Services/Global Business Services experience in as similar role or experience in handling content management processes for a multinational pharmaceutical company and/or creative agency is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (B2/C1)
