What will you do:
- Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met
- Monitors order management process and looks for potential improvements
- Establishes and builds relationships with customers and internal Sales team
- Manages regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
- Works with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
- Proactively escalates issues to the responsible stakeholders
- Delivers trainings on tools and processes to customer
- Ensures flawless execution of launch activities
- Provides data driven inputs to process stakeholders
What do we expect from you?
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Flexibility and availability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
