AP Team Leader with German and English
What will you do?
As a Team Leader in Accounts Payable Department, you will be responsible mainly for:
- Supporting and participating in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC.
- Leading the AP Team, own the learning and development of team members.
- Owning and improving the AP processes.
- Being the first point of escalation for AP related issues.
- Being accountable for AP Operations Targets KPI s within the assigned region.
What do we expect?
- Very good English and German C1.
- At least 3 years experience in AP department.
- Experience in managing AP teams in shared service center will be an asset.
- Experience in transition management will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
