Responsibilities:
- acting as the first point of contact for employees (via tickets, emails and phone),
- answering and solving employees’ HR-related queries,
- referring more complex cases or questions to the relevant teams,
- providing employment administration and documentation support,
- identifying process improvement needs and participating in continuous improvement,
- ensuring that agreements and employment documents meet internal HR politics and legal procedures.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative or HR-related positions,
- fluent English (B2) and communicative Swedish (at least B1),
- strong interpersonal and time management skills,
- willingness to develop in the Human Resources area.
