For our Client, new GBS in Warsaw, we are looking for candidate for position of HR Administration Specialist with German and will be responsible for German market.

Responsibilities:
  • participate in an exciting project consisting of the transition of HR administration processes from Germany the to Warsaw SSC Team,
  • capture HR Knowledge from the local team and document it in Standard Operating Procedures,
  • manage operational tasks related to data of our American Employees,
  • provide support to Employees from Husqvarna Sites in the US and Canada via multiple channels (e-mail, chat, MS Teams calls or HR portal),
  • use systems, such as Workday/SAP and Service Now, to provide solutions & track business requests & queries,
  • provide periodical training to Employees regarding standard HR processes & systems,
  • create and maintain operational documentation as per internal guidelines,
  • actively contribute to delivering and improving People & Organization Services to increase employee satisfaction, drive performance and achieve results.
Requirements:
  • at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Administration in an international SSC environment,
  • excellent command of English, and German (at least B2),
  • experience in transition projects will be an asset,
  • good knowledge of HR Systems (preferred system: Workday and SAP),
  • experience with Service Now environment or other case management system,
  • self-accountability in daily activities,
  • proactivity and ability to take initiative.
