We are looking for an HR Assistant (fixed-term contract) to join our team in Warsaw!

Responsibilities:

• HR services for employees with civil law contracts, including foreigners.
• Maintaining employees' personal files.
• Archiving documents.
• Entering employee data into the HR and payroll system.
• Supporting the HR and Payroll team in their daily work.

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and very good English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in the office from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.
