Customer Service Associate with Italian
What will you do:
- Customer Service activities related to disputes and returns requests from the customers over the phone or via e mail.
- Validation of contractual agreements related to Disputes and Returns process .
- Order management and returns management activities in SAP.
- Coordination of returns and disputes process with internal teams and spare parts vendors.
- Resolution of queries within the contractual metrics.
What do we expect:
- Knowledge of English and Italian languages (C1 level in both is required).
- Ability to work in hybrid model (2/3 days onsite from the office located in Warsaw city center, 2/3 days at home).
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferably experience in customer service .
- Experience in working with SAP would be an asset.
