What you will do:

  • Manage activities related to the processing of orders to ensure their correct fulfillment in compliance with company procedures and defined service levels.
  • Analyze and support the resolution of problems related to order processing by interfacing with various local and regional functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Tender Office, Business, GBS).
  • Ensure adequate assistance to customers and the business through effective and timely management of requests.
  • Supervise the order shipping process, providing appropriate instructions to the warehouses regarding material preparation and dispatch methods, and monitoring compliance with delivery times and conditions agreed with the customer.
  • Verify and resolve customer complaints by interacting with client functions, customers, the warehouse, and couriers.
  • Ensure the correct issuance of credit notes, debit notes, and returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the timely and correct management of equipment and rental fee invoices related to the Radiology business unit.

Here's what you will need:

  • Fluent Spanish and English (min C1)
  • Solid customer service experience, preferably in the health sector (min 1 year)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Confident knowledge of the MS Office package
