RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN CONNECTION WITH LONG LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Your day to day activities will include:
- Daily follow up of projects under your assignment via various communications channels mail, teams, phone
- Organization, planning and coordination of work between various stakeholders in order to deliver your projects scopes to our end users
- Tracking project progress in Client tools
- Active participation in planned and ad hoc meetings with your team and or client
- Readiness to support your team members in solving issues
- Reporting your activities and financial well being of your projects
- Taking on new responsibilities as required by the dynamic nature of the deal
What do we expect:
- Very good English - minimum C1 level.
- Excellent self organizational skills
- Ability to follow guidelines given by management and work independently along them
- A can do approach and problem solving mindset
- Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
- Experience in Customer Relations Management would be an asset
- Experience in MS Office Apps Outlook, Excel, MSTeams, etc. would be an asset
- Availability to work in 50/50 hybrid model from Warsaw office (Proximo II building)
