Requirements
- English and German languages proficiency (at least B2 level),
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration (employee data, benefits, payroll),
- approximately 2 years of experience in team management,
- experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- experience in payroll input coordination with clients/vendors,
- strong communication and customer service skills,
- results and deadline driven,
- negotiation skills good to have.
Responsibilities
- support HR admin transaction processing for processes such as employee data changes, terminations/retirements, and new hires,
- support and manage the team,
- handle escalation management,
- identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate organization-wide issues and prepare the team to handle such volumes,
- ensure process compliance and knowledge management compliance to meet client and internal commitments.
