Requirements

• experience in transfer agency, cash operations or accounting is an asset,
• fluency in French and English (min. C1),
• knowledge of Private Capital funds is a plus,
• strong analytical and numerical skills,
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
• team player with motivation to grow,
• client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• maintain and update static data to ensure accuracy and consistency,
• review documentation for Private Capital funds (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Securitization),
• perform daily BAU tasks and internal controls in line with procedures,
• support process improvements and implementation of new activities,
• collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist the Team Leader in operations, projects, and crisis management,
• identify risks early and contribute to mitigation measures,
• assist in maintaining procedures, SLA, and handle complex operational tasks.
