Requirements
- fluency in Norwegian / Finnish / Czech / Slovak (C1),
- very good English skills (B2+),
- previous experience in customer support, service operations or contact center roles (min. 2 years),
- good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset,
- ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively,
- proficient in Excel.
Responsibilities
- provide professional support to customers through phone, email, and digital channels,
- investigate and resolve customer cases with a focus on accuracy and efficiency,
- ensure a positive customer experience by building trust and long-term relationships,
- work closely with internal teams to resolve cases and handle escalations,
- document customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail,
- identify recurring issues in customer requests and contribute to service improvements.
