• Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and follow-up.

• Investigate and address customer concerns in line with established processes and service guidelines.

• Provide information on products, policy updates, and customer campaigns through outbound communication.

• Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, product knowledge, and a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain high performance standards, reliability, and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• German Language competency – C1 level.

• English Language – B2 level.

• 1 year experience in customer care, sales support field.

• Competency in using Microsoft Office tech suite (Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams)

• Working Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (5 working days per week, 8 hours per day).
