Your role

Are you an organized, skilled multi-tasker with an eye for detail? Do you have a passion for learning and helping others develop their careers? Do you enjoy variety of topics and would like to be part of an exciting and engaged team?

We are looking for someone to join the Project Management Office team to further excel the learning and talent development agenda.

We are breaking down traditional silos and hire for the work, not for the job. Therefore, as Learning Project Officer you can be responsible for the whole variety of tasks: You’ll:
– take full responsibility for the managing and coordination of assigned training program
– build and manage strong relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by meeting their expectations through effective delivery and partner with external vendors
– collaborate closely with UBS University Partners globally
– coordinate project management activities related to the assigned program
– be responsible for issuing and sending communication to multiple stakeholders
– create and maintain presentations, articles and other materials related to the project
– be responsible for program reporting including end to end program evaluation

Your team

Our team is located in Krakow (Green Office) and is part of the HR Service Delivery team in Poland. You’ll be working closely with the Advisory and Sales Academy, GWM Talent and Development team, relevant T&R teams and the business.

Your expertise

- ideally 3+ years previous work experience in HR (Talent & Development, Learning or Organizational Development)
- sharp eye for detail combined with successful time management skills would be key
- very good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
- able to stay on track in a fast-changing environment
- very good English skills
- a savvy user of PowerPoint and Excel
- willingness to assume responsibility to deliver a team portfolio of services and tasks
- strong interest in talent development, learning and development
- proactive and able to work independently
- a quick and agile learner, ready to gain knowledge and take on responsibility for assigned portfolio from the first days in a new role
