We are looking for HR Digital Services Specialist with French and English and located in Warszawa.

We are looking for HR Digital Services Specialist with French and English and located in Warszawa.
What you will do:
- Support the implementation of our new recruitment system (ICIMS) in the region
- Manage our daily support to different HR services teams in Europe, as well as employees and managers, acting as a Tier 2
- Provide best in class HR services support, issue resolution and helping to establish a root cause analysis and action plans
- Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to define, track and report KPIs periodically
- Collaborate closely with HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBP) and Managers
- Ensure close monitoring of business process efficiency - propose improvements, support change management
- Cascade regularly information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures
- Participate in review of the processes to introduce continuous improvement driving digitization, simplification and automation
- Collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world
...if you have...
- +2 years’ experience in HR tools or in a customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
- Good command of French (min. B2) and fluent English
- Digital savviness and willingness to develop digital skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Customer orientation and a team player
- Proactiveness, ownership and can-do attitude
- Self-organization, detail oriented and team-working skills
