Looking for HR Intern to join our Warsaw team!

Are you looking for your first work experience in HR field and you are curious how does this work look like in practice?

As an HR Intern, you'll get the chance to work closely with our HR team to provide administrative support and manage HR data. The role will offer hands-on experience of working in HR, allowing you to learn and develop essential skills, while being fully supported by our friendly team.

Duties:

• HR services for employees employed under a civil law contract, including foreigners.
• Maintenance of personal files of employees.
• Entering employee data into the HR and payroll system

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish & English.
• Good MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Strong organizational skills, work on your own initiative, attention to details,
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work in business working hours from Monday to Friday from 9-17.
• Currently studying or recent graduate in HR Management, Psychology or a related field will be asset.
