Requirements

• fluency in Italian (min. C1) and English (min. B2/C1),
• professional experience in Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash) or Supply Chain/Order Management,
• experience working with SAP or another ERP system,
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.

Responsibilities

• supporting daily operational processes in an international business environment,
• working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners to ensure high-quality service delivery,
• processing and maintaining data in SAP and other business systems,
• analyzing and resolving operational issues while ensuring process accuracy and compliance,
• preparing reports and maintaining relevant process documentation,
• identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting optimization initiatives.
