For our Client, a leading global provider of business and digital transformation services, we are looking for an Italian-speaking professional to join the Supply Chain team.
In this role, you will support international supply chain and order management processes, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure efficient order execution and operational excellence. You will become part of a collaborative international environment focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivering high-quality services to global clients.
Requirements
- fluency in Italian (min. B2) and English (min. B2),
- experience in Supply Chain and/or Order Management,
- hands-on experience working with SAP,
- very good knowledge of MS Excel,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- experience in migration or transition projects will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- supporting end-to-end supply chain and order management processes,
- processing and monitoring customer orders in SAP and other business systems,
- collaborating with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure smooth order execution,
- preparing reports, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring data accuracy,
- identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting optimization initiatives,
- participating in process migration and knowledge transfer activities (where applicable).
